Ron Blaauw and Cuno van & t Hoff launch Limited Edition cigars selection in a association with Cuba Cigar Benelux S.A. As you might know I am a real lover of fine cigars. So I jumped at the chance to attend a Pairing event with the premier cigar trade body Cubacigar Benelux ,Highly regarded Dutch Chef Ron Blaauw & Wine expert,Cuno van & t Hoff . I have attended other pairing events before, but I was really looking forward to tasting the wonderful food at Ron Blaauw restaurant. And although I am not a wine connoisseur I was also intrigue to sample the wines we were having at the event. As said I love cigars but I have always tended to light up after the meal is over or at the very least when the dessert and coffee are on the table. This event came out of a visit Ron and Cuno made to the Festival del Habanos in Cuba in February. Ron says “We wanted to create a perfect symbiosis of flavors that really does justice to the characteristics of the wines served, food and exclusive cigars. We had our goal set for food and wine pairing set the ideal selection of Habanos
