Gerrit Rietveld Academie 'Fashion Show 2017
Gerrit Rietveld Academy brought fashion to the street AMSTERDAM - On Friday, June 9, 2017 and presented the Fashion Department of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie 'Fashion Show 2017', containing the collections of a new batch of graduates and a selection of work by first and second year fashion students. The Amsterdam Kolenkitbuurt was the surprising scene of this event, which took place under the viaduct of the A10 moterway.
A spectacular fashion show presented the results of a personal, exploratory and experimental learning of the graduates this year: Anouk Beckers, Boris Kollar, Chelsea Peterson, Jonathan Aldenberg, Karen Huang, Line Langkjer, Miro Hämäläinen, Nathaly Vlaun, Ninamounah Langestraat and Yujin Jung .
Students offer challenging visions with a sense of contemporary and visionary, the fashion is embraced in various body related context
