Lifestyle & Fashionevent EXCEPTION II
Friday the 8th of March was World Women’s Day, it was also the date chosen for the second addition of Lifestyle & Fashion event EXCEPTION II.
Started by the beautiful and very dynamic, Fatima Essahsah.
Her vision was to create a platform for young women for the ethnically diverse neighbourhood of Amsterdam west.
Using fashion as a vehicle for social change and personal development.
The event featured a pop up shop showcasing the creative talents designers from around the area of Amsterdam west. Along with this there a performance by the the fantastic jazz singer Rajae El Mouhandiz.
The last part of the event was a catwalk show by three designers Esmay Hijmans, Anbasja Blanken and JONGHLABEL.
