Panorama Rail: restaurant experience
Welcome to The Panorama Rail Restaurant train .Well it may not be the "Orient Express" but its a very pleasant way to see the major towns and cities of The Netherlands and also enjoy some really wonderful cuisine. Inspired by Dutch celebrity chef Julius Jaspers.
You broad the train on a red carpet and are seated in one of two fully renovated and refurbished dining cars from the 60s The coaches have a modern interior with classic atmosphere. The two hour and 45 minute trip are completely dedicated to enjoy great food, drinks and the changing Dutch landscape. The four-course menu that changes every two months will be live on board prepared by Julius Jaspers and his team of "Julius Bar and Grill. Every weekend leaves Panorama Rail Restaurant from Amsterdam Central Station, with two carriages and a total of 56 places, to make a unique journey through the Randstad and the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The usual route is via Breukelen, Gouda, Rotterdam Noord, The Hague HS, Leiden and Haarlem over again to Amsterdam Central Station. In the case of works or diversions can opt for an alternative route.
