BENZAK - EUROPEAN MADE
After 4 years of producing jeans in Japan, Benzak Denim Developers is expanding the brand with a new line: BENZAK - EUROPEAN MADE. It was brought to life to develop high quality basis jeans and other garments that complement the same lifestyle as Benzak Denim Developers, but with a different price point.
We went out to search for new possibilities of creating a product that not only complements the made in Japan line, but is also capable of surviving on its own. We have found this in BENZAK - EUROPEAN MADE.
REDEFINING BASIC JEANS DESIGN
It became our mission to create a basic and contemporary little brother of the Benzak Denim Developers collection (made in Japan). Going back to the basics, this new jeans collection represents a product that solely focuses on the key essentials: FIT & FABRIC. Basically, the product has been stripped down to a contemporary and clean look, without compromising quality. We still use premium selvage denim, heavy duty stitching and a genuine leather patch, to stay in touch with our inner denim nerd.
Another important detail of this new line is that it's fully made in Europe. For the denim we exclusively use fabrics from our partner Candiani (Italy), who is known as one of the best denim mills in Europe. The entire line is produced in small ateliers in Portugal, as well as our jersey and sweat fabrics. All close to home, and supporting European workers, we can proudly say this line is European made.
AN AFFORDABLE COLLECTION
The last goal of this new line was to develop something more affordable. Of course, our Japan line is worth every cent, but at EUR 300 a pair, it is very understandable it scares off many people; it's not for everyone. So we went back to the drawing board, resourced our factories and mixed in a few more ingredients to cut costs, without compromising the quality.
For this Kickstarter campaign, as a reward for backing the project and pre-ordering, we are able to offer a super lowered price of EUR 129 (LIMITED EARLY BIRD), and EUR 149 (UNLIMITED). Where other brands usually ask EUR 200+ for a similar product, we have been able to keep prices lower, even in our final retail price of EUR 179. Of course, all tees and sweats will be offered for lowered price as well.
