Levi's Made & Crafted
"Honest clothes" is what one of the guest at the Amsterdam Lunch of "Levi's Made & Crafted" said to me. And this is what I see when I look at the collection. Drawing heavily on their San Francisco heritage.
The very construction of the garments makes you think of that hard working 1849 gold miner or that weather beaten ranch hand in the vast prairies of Montana in the early 1900s. It may be a romantic way of looking at a bygone era, but back then clothes did their job and that was enough. Bold colors and native American patterns add the modern twist to the collection.
